Marketing + booking site for a 10-year Antelope Valley junk-removal operator. Flat-rate pricing tiers powered by hand-built SMIL-animated SVG illustrations; private owner workspace lets non-technical staff edit content without touching code.

Process
Hand-built over off-the-shelf
- No template. SVGs are drawn by hand, animations are written by hand, content systems are tailored to the way the business actually publishes — because that’s what makes a site feel like the company instead of a competitor with a different logo.
Field-tech-first
- Every interface gets pressure-tested as if a tech in gloves is using it on a phone, in the field, with one bar. Tap targets, contrast, and short paths win over delight when the two conflict.
Spec literacy is the design
- When you can read a part-number from a chart in your sleep, the screens you build look different. Calculators show their work. Config flows preserve the engineer’s mental model. Copy stays specific.
