Outside of work.
Home is Maplewood, Minnesota, where I live with my wife, Precious, and our son, Abrams. Outside of work, I spend most of my time with family, training in my home gym, watching UFC and the Packers, and getting outside whenever I can.
Family and home
Originally from Wisconsin, I now live in Maplewood, Minnesota, with my wife, Precious, and our son, Abrams.
We spend most of our free time with family, traveling, watching fights, and planning the next trip to the cabin.
Sports and outdoors
Most of my training happens in a home gym and follows hypertrophy-focused strength programs.
For more than a decade, I have watched UFC, and Precious and I usually watch the fights on Saturday nights. Through her wrestling career, I have also become a fan of college and international wrestling.
As a lifelong Green Bay Packers fan, I try to make it to Lambeau Field when I can.
In the summer, I enjoy wakesurfing, tubing, and kayaking on Lake Arbutus. In the winter, I look forward to our annual snowmobile trip in northern Wisconsin.

In memory
Miko, our black Lab and Husky mix, and Cali, our Sphynx cat, were important members of our family. We miss them both.

A few favorites
I usually wear Lems barefoot shoes and start the morning with homemade cold brew, maple syrup, and whole milk.
My favorite foods include authentic Mexican food, steak, Culver's, Chick-fil-A, and anything my wife makes.
